Multi-stage vacuum hydrocarbon cleaning equipment

This equipment is a fully enclosed solvent cleaning equipment, can be applied to modified alcohol and hydrocarbon solvents, through demagnetization, immersion, spray, ultrasonic, vacuum bath and other processes to complete the entire cleaning and drying process. The amount of solvent loss is very small, the cost is low, and the cleaning particle size can reach 200 microns.

Applications: auto parts, stamping parts, industrial heat treatment, aerospace, electronics, microelectronics and other industries

Electrolytic water environmental cleaning equipment

This kind of equipment is an electrolytic water cleaning equipment, with high efficiency and environmental protection, no need to add all kinds of cleaning agent characteristics. There are spray, ultrasonic, air cutting, hot air drying and other cleaning processes, and equipped with electrolytic water device, oil-water separator, automatic liquid.

Applications: aviation, motor cars, auto parts, stamping parts, industrial heat treatment, electronics, microelectronics and other industries

Cold distillation sewage treatment equipment

This kind of equipment can concentrate and reduce the hazardous wastewater produced by the enterprise in terms of oil emulsion, cleaning liquid, electrolyte, phosphate, some rinsing liquid, etc. by up to 90%, and can directly save the enterprise 90000-380000 yuan per month (taking the daily reduction of 3 tons as an example) without complicated chemicals and electricity.
